Brad Smith serves as Chief Executive Officer responsible for strategic vision and leadership of the organization. Brad most recently served as chief-of-staff at the Tennessee Department of Economic Development, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the $220 million, 140-person organization. Prior to his time in state government, Brad was the founding executive director of the Tennessee State Collaborative on Reforming Education (SCORE), a statewide education initiative. Brad, who has also spent time at McKinsey & Company, graduated summa cum laude from Harvard University and received an M.Phil from Oxford University, where he was a Rhodes Scholar.

Dr. Lasher is the Chief Medical Officer for Aspire Health and a board certified internist and palliative care physician. Prior to joining Aspire as “Employee #2” he most recently served as Director of Palliative Medicine and Internal Medicine Residency Program Director at California Pacific Medical Center and as a Medical Director for Sutter Health At Home’s Advanced Illness Management (AIM) project and Hospice in San Francisco, CA. Dr. Lasher completed his residency and palliative care fellowship at Stanford Hospital and Clinics, and attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston.

Dr. Lanz serves as Chief Clinical Officer responsible for leading clinical talent competence, quality and ongoing professional development. Dr. Lanz is a nationally awarded hospice and palliative advance practice board certified nurse practitioner. She recently served the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Palliative Institute as the Director of Geriatric Services and also the Co-PI for a large outpatient multi-site CMS Innovation demonstration project. Dr. Lanz received her doctorate at Vanderbilt University and completed a leadership fellowship at Duke University. She has developed and implemented clinical services, palliative care training programs, and support for mobile clinicians across the country.

Diane Seloff serves as Chief Operating Officer responsible for all corporate functions and infrastructure for the organization. Diane most recently spent eight years at Vanderbilt University Medical Center where she served in a number of senior leadership roles including Senior Director for Corporate Health & Network Development. Prior to Vanderbilt, Diane served in operational leadership roles in a number of healthcare services and healthcare technology companies. Diane received her MBA from Columbia University.

Emily Cook serves as EVP & Market President responsible for field operations. Emily has more than 30 years of healthcare design and delivery experience and population health management expertise in the commercial and government sectors. Emily most recently served as COO of Ascend Management Innovations providing assessment services for individuals with mental illness and intellectual or developmental disabilities. Prior to that she worked in operations, corporate development, and product development at Healthways and strategy and outcomes measurement at Cogent Hospitalist Group. Emily received a Master’s degree in Education from University of Houston.

Alan Huffman serves as Chief Data & Technology Officer and leads the product management, development and infrastructure teams to deliver market leading technologies to support our fast growing provider and patient populations. Working in various industry segments, Alan has led departments in building cutting edge products such as hospital information systems, mobile EMRs, call centers and robotic pharmacy fulfillment systems. Alan mentors aspiring technologists and speaks at technology & Agile conferences. Alan has worked in Healthcare IT for over 12 years and earned a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Washington University in St Louis.

Puneet Singh serves as Chief Development Officer responsible for partnerships with health plans, health systems, and physician groups, as well as new product development. Puneet most recently was a Vice President at Chicago Pacific Founders (CPF), a healthcare focused private equity fund. Prior to CPF, Puneet was a Vice President at Accretive Health, where he led corporate strategy, marketing, and communications for the company and was a member of both the Operating and Executive Committees. Earlier in his career, Puneet was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs, where he worked on a range of M&A and capital markets transactions across the healthcare industry. Puneet is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Randy Overton serves as the Chief Financial Officer responsible for the corporate-wide accounting and financial planning and analysis function. Previously, Randy served as the SVP of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of NaviHealth. Prior to NaviHealth, he worked at Deloitte & Touche in the firm’s audit group with a focus on both publicly traded and privately-held clients in the healthcare industry. Randy also served in the firm’s healthcare mergers & acquisitions group providing financial due diligence for both private equity firms and strategic buyers. Randy graduated from Tennessee Technological University with an undergraduate degree in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
